Kay is an artist primarily working as an illustrator, however, they also have a secondary skill with new media & animation (BFA obtained in this concentration in 2015). The stylistic choices in Kay’s art can best be described as influenced by Eastern cartoons and built upon the foundational fundamentals impressed upon them by their art school background.
Staples of Kay’s art include a multitude of color, character illustration, fantastical settings, and elements of storytelling. Additionally, Kay has experience with graphic design, various mediums of animation, and 3D modeling.
Currently, Kay is based in the United States and is open to remote opportunities. Clients and partners showing support for the LGBTQIA+ community as well as positive attitudes toward mental health are welcome to reach out for business opportunities.
